2. SERVICES PROVIDED
HighRanx provides AI-powered business solutions, including but not limited to AI Agents, business automation software, reputation management, and digital marketing tools. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
Billing & Fees: HighRanx services operate on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.
Non-Refundable Payments: Except as required by law, all subscription fees are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Services until the billing period expires.
Failure to Pay: If payment is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
4. AI AGENT DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HighRanx AI Agents operate using machine learning and automation. While they are programmed for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% error-free performance.
HighRanx is not responsible for any AI-generated errors, miscommunications, compliance issues, or unintended outcomes.
Users are responsible for verifying AI-driven responses and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
5. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
HighRanx provides tools to optimize business performance, but we do not guarantee specific results.
Performance outcomes may vary based on industry, competition, market conditions, and user implementation.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, branding, software, and AI solutions provided by HighRanx are exclusive property of HighRanx.ai.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute any HighRanx software or AI solutions.
Unauthorized use of HighRanx intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
HighRanx reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if they violate these Terms or misuse our Services.
Termination may occur without notice for fraudulent activity, abuse, or illegal use of AI solutions.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
HighRanx, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
We are not responsible for lost revenue, reputational harm, business disruptions, or AI-driven inaccuracies.
Our maximum liability, under any claim, shall not exceed the amount paid for Services in the preceding three (3) months.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States of America.
Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tennessee. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
No Jury Trial: Both parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial in any dispute related to these Terms.
Attorney’s Fees: In the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
HighRanx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
